1. About Darts Clash

Darts Clash is a free-to-play online darts game operated by Darts Dynasty. The game is available via web browser and mobile applications.

2. Accounts

You may play as a guest or create an account. Account creation requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. In-App Purchases

Darts Clash offers optional in-app purchases including venue unlocks, gameplay upgrades, tournament mode, and challenge attempt packs.
All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Prices are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase.
Virtual coins earned in-game have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Challenges & Prizes

Darts Clash features skill-based challenges with monthly prizes. Each challenge offers 3 free attempts per day. Additional attempts can be purchased but are not required to participate in any prize draw or competition.

4a. 9-Dart Challenge — £100 Cash Draw

Complete a perfect 501 leg in 9 darts to enter the monthly draw.
One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of each calendar month.
Prize: £100 GBP, paid via bank transfer or PayPal.

4b. Speed Round — Set of Darts

Score 501 within 60 seconds. Times are recorded on a monthly leaderboard.
The fastest time each calendar month wins a set of darts.
In the event of a tie, the earlier completion time takes priority.

4c. Bullseye Blitz — Omni Scoring System Draw

Hit 10 consecutive bullseyes to enter the monthly draw.
One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of each calendar month.
Prize: Omni dartboard scoring system.

4d. Checkout Master — Darts Case Draw

Complete 10 random checkouts in 3 darts each to enter the monthly draw.
One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of each calendar month.
Prize: Darts case.

4e. General Prize Rules

Free daily attempts are eligible for all prizes. No purchase necessary.
Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their account.
Maximum one prize per person per challenge per calendar month.
Entrants must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any prize at any time with reasonable notice.
Physical prizes are shipped to UK addresses only. International winners may receive a cash equivalent.

5. Fair Play

Automated play, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial gameplay is prohibited.
Accounts suspected of automated play may be disqualified from prize draws and suspended.
We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of any 9-dart finish before awarding prizes.

6. Age Requirement

Darts Clash is intended for users aged 13 and over. The prize draw is open to users aged 18 and over only. By participating in the prize draw, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

7. Privacy

We collect your email address, display name, and gameplay data to operate the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Authentication is handled by Supabase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (web) or Apple/Google (mobile apps). For questions about your data, contact us at the email below.

8. Intellectual Property

All game content, design, and code is the property of Darts Dynasty. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the game without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Darts Clash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the game, including but not limited to lost data, interrupted gameplay, or failed transactions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
